Shipping & Delivery

Standard purchases are sent USPS First Class Mail.

Other shipping methods available upon request, such as USPS Priority and UPS.

Insurance is offered for all packages. Rates may vary. Write "insurance wanted" in the comments area for insurance.

We are NOT responsible for items that are lost or damaged in shipment.

On international orders, the customer is responsible for any taxes and/or brokerage fees or any charges relating to the import of the item other than shipping fees charged by us.

Due to the size of some products or combination of products ordered, shipping may be different from the price shown on the internet. If you think the price of shipping may be different due to size reasons (or insurance is wanted), write in the comments area that you would like us to email you with final charge amount. Otherwise, changes will be seen on the invoice enclosed with the package.

Privacy & Security

We take security seriously.  So much so that we dedicated a page about it so there are no questions on how we operate both on the web and in our physical business.

Returns & Replacements

We will exchange or refund any undamaged merchandise in like new condition, including packaging. Returns must be received within 30 days from the purchase date.  Please contact us via email or phone for a return authorization.
